Move cars from the driveway before we arrive to provide a parking space

Declutter Your Space:

Before our team arrives, tidy up the areas to be cleaned. Remove any small items, toys, or clutter from the floor and furniture surfaces. This allows us to focus on thorough cleaning without obstacles.

Move Furniture and Breakables:​

Ensure breakable items (vases, lamps, delicate decor) are safely removed or secured.

If furniture needs to be moved around in the room, leave it in place and we will move it about as we work.

Vacuum Carpets and Upholstered Surfaces:

We will also vacuum with a HEPA-filtered brush head vacuum! The importance of vacuuming to the cleaning process cannot be overstated. Pre-vacuuming sets the stage for deeper cleaning and much longer-lasting results.

Identify Problem Areas and Stains:

Take note of any stubborn stains, high-traffic zones, or specific concerns you’d like us to address.

Share this information with our team during the appointment—they’ll tailor their approach accordingly.

Secure Pets and Create a Safe Environment:

For the safety of our team and your furry friends, secure pets in a separate room or outside during the cleaning process.

Keep children away from the work area to prevent accidents.

Increase the air-flow in your home

Moisture from the cleaning process needs an escape route

Open windows and where possible you can use fans and air conditioners to aid drying

Prepare Payment and Review Service Specifications:

Be ready for payment on the day—whether it’s cash, card, or a bank transfer

We always issue an electronic receipt upon payment. If your job is commercial in nature we may issue an account with credit terms. We do not offer credit terms for residential customers.
